In Febuary of 2014 a man in Shanghai attempted to rob a bank. He had brought a cleaver with him to the bank and attempted to threaten the teller. He pressed the cleaver's side to the glass barricade but his attempts did not scare anyone and he was quickly arrested on the spot.

  Onel De Guzman is a Filipino who attended AMA Computer College. He created a virus that stole passwords once it was opened. He felt that internet access was a human right that should be provided for free, so he wrote an undergraduate thesis about how he could write a virus to give him those passwords which would give him the internet access. He then created the virus and sent it, which then infected millions of users.
